On a warm spring Saturday in Long Beach, California, the TRAVELER’S COMPANY USA team hosted its second pop-up event at Black Dog Coffee Roasters. This event drew excitement from fans and TRAVELER’S notebook users across Southern California, who ventured to Long Beach for a good cup of coffee and camaraderie with fellow TN enthusiasts.
This pop-up was a great way to celebrate our ongoing collaboration with Black Dog Coffee Roasters, particularly our jointly developed single-origin coffee beans, which launched during COFFEE TABLE TRIP in late January. Fans were delighted to see our collaborative beans, as well as the TF Stainless Steel Bottles, which will be useful during the approaching hot summer weather. Which of the three colors of TF Stainless Steel Bottles is your favorite?
We were once again amazed by the diverse group of travelers who attended the event. Each pop-up attracts a unique crowd, all eager to share and discuss how their TRAVELER’S notebook fits into their daily adventures. From intricate artwork to detailed pages documenting recent trips, the creativity of TN users never fails to impress us. The TRC USA staff even had a chance to glimpse some users’ road trip journal spreads, which they plan to photograph and submit to our TRC USA Road Trip Submission Contest, ending on May 31st.
Holding events in Southern California is important to the TRC USA team, as we are based in the Long Beach and Signal Hill neighborhoods. We value community-building and were thrilled to see TN users congregating in Long Beach to enjoy the company of other TRAVELER’S notebook users. At the pop-up event, the TRC USA staff banded together to create a TRAVELER’S notebook stack with the users, a common practice at TN community events.
TRC USA aims to create more opportunities for the community to come together and “have a good day, good music, good coffee, and good notebooks!” Stay tuned for more TRC USA pop-up events in the future! Where should we go next?
Have a nice trip!
