The TRAVELER’S COMPANY USA team would like to wish everyone a happy holiday and new year! We would like to inform you of a fulfillment and shipping update from the team.
This year, the TRC USA Office (including customer service and fulfillment) will be closed between 12/25/2024 and 1/2/2025 for a holiday break. The Online Shop will remain open, but the processing time is now extended to 7-10 business days until further notice.
Due to the high volume of orders anticipated with the Road Trip Collection release and the upcoming shipping break, we, unfortunately, have to extend the processing time for orders placed on or after 12/17 to 7-10 business days. This is the time it takes for a team member to prepare and pack the order to be shipped. The TRC USA Office (including customer service and fulfillment) will be closed between 12/25/2024 and 1/2/2025 and will not be considered in the processing time for orders placed on or after 12/17*. For customers interested in purchasing TRAVELER’S notebook items, please place your orders with this notice in mind.
*For example, orders placed on 12/18 may not be processed for fulfillment until 1/6/2025, which then has a shipping time of 1-3 business days after it is processed.
Although we are trying our best to get all the orders out before the new year, we ask for your patience as some orders might take longer to fulfill during this holiday and New Year’s season. We hope to return to our typical processing time of 5 – 7 business days around the end of January, 2025.
