How to replace the INK CARTRIDGES of TRAVELER’S COMPANY Brass Fountain Pen and Rollerball Pen

TRC BRASS FOUNTAIN PEN

STEP 1
Hold the nib and unscrew the barrel in the direction (1).
Remove the empty cartridge pulling straight in the direction (2)

Step 2
Lastly you can screw back in the barrel and give it a test run. It will take a very small amount of time for the ink to flow through the tip, but once the ink reaches the tip, the pen will write as smoothly as when you first bought it.

Step 3
Give it a test run and put ink to paper.

  • Keep it out of children’s reach.
  • Dropping it or pressing too hard in writing may cause damage.
  • Be sure to put the cap when you are not using the pen in order not to dry the ink up.
  • In setting the first cartridge, pinch it so that the ink may come to the nib.
  • We recommend the TRC pen special cartridge. Other kinds of ink may cause clogs or issues.
