In the bustling world of coffee, marked by its diversity and vibrancy, there are those who pour their passion into crafting the perfect brew. Francisco Portillo Toledo, the founder of Black Dog Coffee Roasters, is one such individual.
Recently, TRC USA interviewed Francisco about his journey in the coffee industry, from his start as a mechanic in El Salvador to opening his first coffee shop in Downtown Long Beach. Francisco’s journey is a testament to how perseverance, mentorship, and community can turn dreams into reality. Watch our interview with Francisco of Black Dog Coffee Roasters.
