Come along with the TRAVELER’S COMPANY Stamp Caravan and its tour around the United States this year! TRAVELER’S notebook is all about travelers with a free spirit. When we are visiting places, new or old, it is important for us to always view our surroundings with a fresh perspective. Even in towns or streets that you’ve walked countless times, there may be events or occasions that make the moment extraordinary. With your TRAVELER’S notebook in hand, we encourage you to note down and capture those feelings in your everyday life.
TRAVELER’S COMPANY started in Japan but has ventured out to different corners of the world over the years, collecting new experiences and fresh points of view. We oiled our wheels and set up the wagons of our Stamp Caravan to different cities, hoping that we could bring a piece of the TRAVELER’S spirit to fans. At our home base at TRAVELER’S FACTORY stores in Japan, you will find stamps that commemorate your leg of the journey. At your local Stamp Caravan event, we brought the traveling stamps with us to leave a mark in your notebooks.

The third and last part of the Stamp Caravan tour in the US continued through early fall in the United States, traversing the country to the West Coast. The caravan explored cities such as Bozeman, Portland, Los Angeles, and Honolulu. The TRAVELER’S COMPANY Stamp Caravan has now officially concluded its tour around the country. Let’s look at the stores that hosted the special event so far, and what the experience is like!
Paper and Grace – Bozeman, Montana

Paper and Grace is a family-owned stationery store located in the Cannery District of Bozeman, Montana. Their slogan is “A fresh take on daily living” with curated paper goods, fine pens, and Japanese stationery. The cozy store is packed with curious goods and novel stationery items for a paper enthusiast. The TRAVELER’S COMPANY Stamp Caravan is excited to make a stop at Paper and Grace for the first time!
Against the backdrop of early dusk, an inviting warmth from Paper and Grace beckons travelers to stop in. TRAVELER’S notebook and accessories stack neatly in vintage wood containers. During the stamp caravan, the staff also displays samples of TRAVELER’S notebooks for visitors to flip through.
The TRAVELER’S notebook community in Montana showed up for this special event. After all, Paper and Grace had been selling TRAVELER’S notebook for almost 10 years. Aside from locals who came in to browse for their favorite greeting cards and TRAVELER’S notebook tools, there were also travelers from Washington, California, Colorado, and Michigan who joined in the fun.
Oblation Papers and Press – Portland, Oregon

Oblation Papers and Press, a long-time TRAVELER’S COMPANY Partner Shop, is no stranger to the Stamp Caravan event. This unique stationery store, located in the Pearl District of Portland, Oregon, creates innovative greeting cards with decades-old letterpress machines. The store transformed its letterpress invitation consultation room into a warm and inviting meet-up space for visitors who came out for the TRC Stamp Caravan event.

Oblation Papers and Press is a long-time favorite with stationery and pen enthusiasts in the Pacific Northwest Region. TRAVELER’S notebook fans brought their notebooks and held a fun-filled meetup while enjoying the TRAVELER’S COMPANY stamps.
The store also provided its specialty paper scraps from dozens of letterpress printing projects for creative users to collect as ephemera. Some users even brought adorable notebook companions along to join the party.
Lovewell (Santa Ana) – Santa Ana, California

The TRAVELER’S COMPANY Stamp Caravan made its way to California in early October. The Stamp Caravan event at M. Lovewell kicks off with a bang as TRAVELER’S notebook fans from Santa Ana and Orange County showed up. Known for its curation of exciting stationery from Asia and a packed lineup of workshops, M. Lovewell attracts creatives and artists from the surrounding area.
Visitors will see the TRAVELER’S COMPANY display and stamp station first thing when they step into the store. Travelers enjoy adding the special stamps to their own TRAVELER’S notebook, postcards, and even random sheets of paper to use for scrapbooking.
The store hosted a mix of TRAVELER’S notebook fans and new users. Store owner Liz was especially excited to help out first-time TRAVELER’S notebook users and introduce them to the different customizations one can do on their notebooks.
FLAX Pen to Paper – Los Angeles, California

Located in Westwood Village, just a few blocks away from UCLA, FLAX Pen to Paper is a pen and ink haven for students and stationery enthusiasts alike. Aside from their expertise in fountain pens and other writing instruments, FLAX Pen to Paper also carries a wide array of notebooks and paper goods.

MONO – Honolulu, Hawaii

Finally, the TRAVELER’S COMPANY Stamp Caravan got on a plane and arrived at Honolulu in Hawaii for its final stop of the North America tour. MONO is a sophisticated gift shop that caters to local and international travelers alike. The small store offers a variety of housewares, bags, as well as a curated collection of Japanese stationery.
Over the five days of the event, the TRAVELER’S COMPANY stamp and products took over the main table inside the store for fans to enjoy stamping in their notebooks. The event drew a crowd of local stationery enthusiasts as they introduced their favorite system to friends and family.
A TRAVELER’S notebook fan showed off an Accordion Fold Paper refill that was used to collect all the stamps they captured while traveling in Japan!
Just like that, the North American tour of the TRAVELER’S COMPANY Stamp Caravan has come to a close. All the fans enjoyed coming to each local stop to collect special stamps, event stickers, and make new friends in their cities. We hope that each of your trips was filled with unexpected discoveries and fun memories, such is the spirit of TRAVELER’S COMPANY. Until the next time we meet at Stamp Caravan!
