Hey Travelers, it must feel like we’re constantly on the road this summer, and we sure were! The team had just returned from a fun-filled road trip to San Francisco, where we exhibited at the 2024 San Francisco International Pen Show. We were thrilled to see familiar faces from previous years, as well as meet new users of TRAVELER’S notebook during this trip.
Before the show began, some of the TRAVELER’S COMPANY USA staff had the opportunity to do some sightseeing in the city, especially coming up close to the Golden Gate Bridge from various vantage points. On a sunny day, the bridge is a bright orange-red color against the blue skies. Unfortunately, the infamous “Karl” the fog sat on the bridge for a solid hour while we visited, but that was a unique experience as well.
Just like last year, the San Francisco International Pen SHOW show is hosted inside The Westin San Francisco Airport, which boasts comfortable rooms, relaxing lounge space, and even a heated pool for weary travelers. This show also hosts a large variety of vendors not just from the United States, but also from Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan. The melting pot of stationery interest is the perfect place to meet travelers from all over the world.
From Friday to Sunday, the entire venue was buzzing with excitement from fellow stationery enthusiasts. At our TRC USA pop-up, we offered the regular lineup of TRAVELER’S COMPANY items, BRASS PRODUCTS, TRC USA Limited Refills, and a few other TF Original items like the Stainless Steel Bottles and hibi 10minutes Aroma. Another highlight at our table was the Blackwing Collaboration items, which were available in set quantities across all three days of the show.
TOKYO Edition was also readily restocked. We hope that those who visited came away with fun items and discoveries.
Of course, the Stamp Caravan table was the most popular experience at our pop-up events. We love seeing TRAVELER’S notebook users decorate their refills and notebooks in creative ways.
The meeting and gathering with TRAVELER’S notebook fans was one of the events our team looked forward to the most each year. 2024 was no different, and we appreciate you showing us so much support!
